Introduction to TIGHR.net

The purpose of TIGHR shall be to promote international interaction
among rughooking artists, to provide opportunities for exchange of
ideas and information and to encourage exploration into tradition,
culture, and history of rug making techniques. The policy is to share
and enjoy, rather than judge each other's work. Every three years a
new Board is elected and is responsible for continuity of the guild. We
have travelled from England, between Canada, United States , Wales
and on to Australia so far.

The above are accomplished via this website, a quarterly newsletter,
members only online network and tri-ennial conferences.

Membership is available for the full three year term valid now through 2012 and
costs $60 Australian Dollars for email version and $80 Australian Dollars for snail
mail issues.
